Rubellite, or red tourmaline, is one of my most beloved stones. And not just for its rarity (the second rarest variety of tourmaline), but for its powers in love. 
Even though it is red, it is a Heart Chakra stone – the most supreme love stone of all. It attracts love, clears karmic love bonds and debts, and facilitates heart healing from even the most debilitating trauma. 
And included in quartz as it is here? All I can say is wow. Clear quartz is the crystal of magnification, intensification, and sealing of intentions. In other words, the quartz matrix amplifies the magic of this already potent stone.
